Any third parties to whom we may disclose personal information may have their own privacy policies which describe how they use and disclose personal information. JAMBOREE uses security measures designed to protect the information you provide to JAMBOREE, but no measure of security is perfect. While JAMBOREE uses commercially reasonable steps to protect the personal information you provide to JAMBOREE from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.

Donations and other financial transactions processed through the Website are processed using Shopify Payments, but may be performed by other payment processors including Stripe. Payment accelerators used may include Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Shopify Payments and Stripe are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify and ReCharge, including ours.

Analytics

We also use the services of reputable third parties to provide us with data collection, reporting, and website and mobile application analytics, as well as to assist with delivery of relevant marketing messages. These third parties may view, edit or set their own cookies. IP Address

JAMBOREE uses your Internet protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our server, as well as to administer the JAMBOREE Websites. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. JAMBOREE may log your IP address to assist our network administrators with quality assurance and performance purposes. For system administration purposes, JAMBOREE logs IP server addresses and catalogues traffic patterns through the JAMBOREE Website. However, JAMBOREE does not link this information to users' personal information. JAMBOREE may use your IP address to help protect us and our partners from fraud.
