• More than 8,500 working families have the resources they need to create a stable place for their children and make their lives better. 
• Some 2,100+ seniors remain active as they age in place. 
• Those with mental illness who’ve previously been living on the streets as well as formerly homeless veterans have a permanent home with stabilizing services – more than 850 and counting.
