The Meadows in Irvine, a five-star mobile home park covering 40 acres, was acquired by Jamboree in 1998. This senior community is designed for those who are 55 years or better and own a mobile home. Jamboree works closely with residents to assure that rents are stabilized and that residents have input on management decisions affecting their community.
Given the long-term ownership of this property, Jamboree wanted to invest in the lives of the seniors by renovating the clubhouse. This 2014 renovation resulted in a spacious community center with modern architecture, a fully accessible, state-of-the-art stage, fitness center and library. The building meets current ADA accessibility standards. The community is pet-friendly.
A patio area with designated barbecue and picnic tables surround an outdoor heated pool that’s open year round. The seniors living at The Meadows engage in a wide variety of hobbies and active clubs, and many are very involved in doing service in the surrounding Orange County community.
Laundry facilities and carports create ease for residents. Jamboree’s Community Impact Group provides onsite resident services created with the needs of active seniors in mind. Located on Jeffrey Road between the I-5 and I-405 freeways in Irvine, The Meadows is close to shopping, public transportation and community services.
Jamboree maintains affordability with a 30-year covenant. Close relationships with property management ensure the property remains well maintained.
