Greenleaf is a modern, compact design that features garden-style apartments within two residential buildings and a separate recreation center in Anaheim, CA. Designed with the philosophy of building stronger communities, the outward- and inward-facing apartment homes are grouped together and organized around a common courtyard to optimize resident interaction. The streetscape creates a sense of openness and connections among the residents and with the surrounding Southern California community.
The design elements for Greenleaf were chosen to compliment and enhance the larger neighborhood while maintaining a high level of design and affordability. The Craftsman-inspired architectural style is in keeping with the warmth and character of Anaheim’s nearby historical neighborhoods – a Craftsman-style approach to small, clustered apartment communities.
Some of Greenleaf’s onsite resident services programs are coordinated with two nearby Jamboree communities in Anaheim. Families at Greenleaf are able to take advantage of the pool at nearby Monarch Pointe and activities that involve residents from all three properties, including Diamond, occur throughout the year. Four schools are within three miles of the property.
