Miracle Terrace is a garden-style affordable housing community for seniors – and Jamboree’s seventh development in the City of Anaheim. The extensively renovated property is also the sixth joint venture project with Community Preservation Partners, the development arm of WNC & Associates.
The 179-unit acq/rehab adds new ENERGY STAR appliances, cabinets, flooring and energy-efficient LED lighting to each unit. Exterior renovations include new roofing, solar and thermal photovoltaic systems. Community amenities such as a community garden, open green space, dog run, exercise room and wellness space allow residents to maintain an active lifestyle.
Services provided by Jamboree’s Community Impact Group are specifically designed to actively engage senior residents so they age in place with a sense of community and security.
Miracle Terrace is conveniently located near the 91, 5, 22 and 405 freeways. Residents have access to the Buena Park Senior Center, Lincoln Avenue and multiple dining and shopping options.
At risk of losing its affordability in 2019, the joint venture acquisition ensures that the community continues to stay affordable for years to come. Jamboree will continue to partner with the City, investors, property management and partners to guarantee that the seniors living at Miracle Terrace can comfortably age in place.
