Laurel Crest’s transit-oriented philosophy benefits residents with cost-effective transportation and nurtures the environment by reducing automotive trips (and therefore pollutants). Built within walking distance of multiple mass-transit options to downtown L.A., shopping, dining and employment, Jamboree reduced parking spaces by 38% – a cost-free enhancement that reduced heat-absorbing asphalt, replacing it with attractive walkways and landscaping.
