Belage Manor, located in Anaheim, CA, is a rehabilitated acquisition owned by Jamboree. Together with Preservation Partners Development, Jamboree refurbished the property in 2008, transforming it into a healthy living community for active seniors. Residents were temporarily relocated during the renovation.
Since 2000, Jamboree has partnered with Preservation Partners Development to acquire, rehabilitate and permanently preserve “at-risk” affordable housing communities throughout California. This joint venture has led to the development of Belage Manor as well as four other senior communities that provide long-term, secure housing and supportive social services for very low-income adults age 55+. As a longstanding, trusted collaborator with Jamboree, Preservation Partners Development provides onsite property management services at Belage Manor, as well as the other properties.
